Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and opportunities in international markets.
Develop go-to-market strategies that align with global expansion goals and optimize product positioning, messaging, and market penetration.
Analyze data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, customer adoption rates, and competitive dynamics.
Marketing Collateral Localization:
Collaborate with the mother company marketing and sales teams to adjust, translate, and restructure marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools for international markets.
Ensure all marketing and sales materials are culturally relevant, appropriately localized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Product Launches & Campaign Management:
Assist in launching new products in international markets, ensuring launch plans are executed effectively.
Create and execute localized marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and brand recognition.
Operations & Administration:
Oversee the day-to-day logistics of the Singapore office, including inventory management, stock control, and coordination of shipments.
Ensure smooth office operations, including coordinating office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
Manage client visits, including organizing events, presentations, and business meetings, and providing excellent customer service to visiting clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between different offices, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Work with the international sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in international marketing in the life sciences or healthcare sector is preferred, but enthusiasm and adept candidates with less experience will be considered too. We welcome Interns too.
Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Asia and other emerging markets.
Experience with product positioning, market research, and localization of marketing materials.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) highly preferred.
