Project Scope:
? Do project document control and archiving;
? Do Project Server assignment work & document control tool administrator;
? Set project folder and access right for new projects;
? Archiving documents (PO, VDB, As-built drawing, monthly report etc.) in server;
? Coordinate with Engineering Company DC to distribute project documents;
? Project final documents review, archiving and distribution;
?
Requirements:
? 5+years’ work experience; good Communication and teamwork Spirit;
? Good management for archiving document;
? Project document control, finance experience is preferred;
? Clear, honest, flexible and hardworking;
? Reliable, responsible with team spirit
