After decades of preparation and accumulation, the center was founded in late 2004 by Mr. Qiao, who himself has a deep affection and unique understanding on arts.The Center puts its vision beyond the known markets and famous artists, it also works hard on seeking out those talented and future stars, establishing its own standards on Contemporary Arts.
