1991年，煙臺合金爐管廠成立

1995年，與法國瑪努爾合資成立瑪努爾（煙臺）工業(yè)有限公司

2006年，瑪努爾（煙臺）與瑪努爾工業(yè)重新成立新的合資公司――煙臺瑪努爾高溫合金有限公司，自2007年一月起，瑪努爾工業(yè)集團將負責(zé)企業(yè)的管理與運營股東法國瑪努爾工業(yè)集團－55％煙臺臺海工業(yè)集團――45％注冊資本13,500,000US$（增至22,500,000US$）廠區(qū)面積占地面積――40,800㎡（增至112,000㎡）廠房面積――7,800㎡（增至52,000㎡）2010年正式成為法國瑪努爾工業(yè)集團在華的全資子公司產(chǎn)品市場

2012年，臺海集團全資收購法國瑪努爾工業(yè)集團，公司隨后成為臺海集團旗下子公司，在萊山區(qū)擴建新廠，市場業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)擴大。

－石化類：裂解爐管（乙烯，苯乙烯，原油，VCM等）及轉(zhuǎn)化爐管（制氫爐，合成氨，甲醇等）－冶金類：鋼廠退火線/鍍鋅線/加熱爐等輻射管，爐輥等及鐵礦直接還原（DRI）轉(zhuǎn)化管－建材類：浮法線退火窯，窯輥－壓水堆一回路主管道鑄造管及彎頭流動資金>300,000,000RMB（>38,000,000US$）年產(chǎn)量1,500噸離心鑄造管，500噸砂型鑄件，和300噸精密鑄件2006年實施擴產(chǎn)增能實現(xiàn)年設(shè)計產(chǎn)量6,000噸YANTAIMANOIRHEATRESISTANTALLOYSCO.,LTD1.Up-to-dateTechnologyManoir(Yantai)IndustrialCo.Ltd.(shortasM.Y.),amodernfoundryandthejointventurewithManoirIndustries(France)establishedinChina,specializesintheproductionofcentrifugallycasttubesmadefromheatresistantalloys.Theseproductsarewidelyusedinpetrochemical,steel,metallurgicalandglassindustries.Fromitsfirststart-up,M.Y.completelyadoptedtheknow-howandproceduresofManoirIndustries(France),andwasequippedwiththelatestandmostadvancedtubeautomaticproductionlineandinspectionfacilities.Nowadays,M.Y.isamongtheworldwideleaders,andcapabletoproduceallkindsofheatresistantalloycastproductsaccordingtothecodesandspecificationsofanycountry,orcompany.2.QualityEngineeringM.Y.knowswellthatitsproductsareofcrucialimportanceinthecustomersfurnacesystem,anyslightestfailuremayresultincompleteshutdownforthewholeplant.Therefore,M.Y.establisheditscompletequalityassuranceandqualityengineeringsystemintegratedwithproduction.Asidefromtheon-lineinspection,processcontrolmethodslikepilottube,travellingcardsareroutinesatM.Y.In1998,M.Y.implementedandwascertifiedwithitsqualityassurancesysteminconformitywithISO9002:94,andestablisheditsqualitypolicyasCustomersatisfactionandInternationalLevel.Thisexpressedthewillingnessandcommitmentstodeliverinduetime,atacompetitivepriceandgoodswhichfullymeetcustomersdesiredneeds.AdoptionofanISOstandard,isalsotoexpresstheambitionofM.Y.tobepresentintheinternationalmarkets.3.ReferencesM.Y.hasendedthelonghistoryofChinapetrochemicalindustryimportingsuchalloytubes,anditsmarketnearlycoversalltheethylene,hydrogen,ammonia,methanolinChina.M.Y.isthequalifiedsupplierofChinaPetroleumandSINOPEC,anditsproductsarelistedastherecommendedonesbySINOPEC.Meanwhile,M.Y.hasbeenqualifiedbymanyinternationalengineeringcompanies,includingABBLummus,SnamProgetti,KTI,KruppUhde,SamsungEngineeringandetc,andtakenmanyjobswiththeirdesignsappearedforthefirsttimeinChina.4.Cost-effectiveSolutionsWesterntechnology+Chinamanufactureimpliesthecombinationofsuperiorqualityandcompetentprice.M.Y.isstillendeavoringtoprovideitscustomerswithhighercost-effectivesolutions.SinceMay2001,M.Y.hasincorporatedwithaleadingtraderofnon-ferrousproducts,integratingmuchreliablerawmaterialsourceswithlowerprice.AtM.Y.,CustomerSatisfactionalsomeanstheirsatisfactionwiththepurchasingcosts.Therefore,M.Y.willcontinueitsinvestmentsinproductivity,qualityandresearchdevelopment,inviewtoleadawin-winresulttocustomers.
