Context and Main Missions:
The System Engineer is a crucial role, serving as the bridge
between customer requirements and technical implementation. This position leads
the architectural design of new products and technically guides
cross-functional teams to achieve new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer
Requirement Analysis: - Effectively
communicate with customers to understand and clarify their technical
needs. - Influence
customer requirements from a technical perspective, providing
professional advice and solutions. - Confirm
specific technical parameter requirements from customers to ensure
accuracy and feasibility. - Flexibly
respond to customer issues, including challenging situations.
- Product
Design Translation: - Translate
customer requirements into internal product design specifications. - Design
product architecture to ensure the product meets customer and market
needs.
- Project
Technical Management: - Technically
lead cross-functional teams (including electronic engineers, structural
engineers, software engineers, industrialization engineers, etc.) to
achieve new product development. - Lead
the resolution of major technical challenges or issues during new product
development. - Organize
technical discussion meetings to promote quick problem resolution. - Set
up the testing environment for new products. - Establish
test cases for new products to ensure performance and quality.
- Documentation:
- Write
technical documents, including requirement documents, design documents,
etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related
fields. - At
least 3 years of work experience in system engineering or related fields. - Familiarity
with the design and development process of current sensors and related
electronic products. - Good
project management skills and team spirit. - Excellent
problem analysis and solving skills. - Good
English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing
technical documents. - Excellent
communication skills, able to effectively communicate with external
customers and internal colleagues. - Systematic
thinking, able to consider product design and implementation from an
overall perspective. - Quick
learning ability and a lifelong learner. - Experience
with inverters in the wind or solar energy industry is preferred.
