Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Based on the company’s strategy, brand & customer analysis, develop and execute the annual brand strategy for retail brands and managing the annual market budget.

Social Media: Develop digital projects based on brand marketing strategies, maintain good operation of various channels and platforms, be responsible for the brand communication in social media, including the overall contents and operation of Tiktok, RED, WeChat and small programs.
根據品牌營銷策略,開發和規劃數字化項目,并負責果樂士品牌在社交媒體的傳播,包含抖音、小紅書、微信、小程序上的整體內容營銷和運營。
Cobrand & CRM: Responsible for the KOC/KOL collaboration, seeding, and CRM on the above platforms.
負責以上平臺對應的達人合作、種草、私域管理。
Other Brands’ Offline Events: Assist in completing offline promotional activities for other brands, such as new product launches, pop-up stores, brand event tours, music/coffee festivals.
協助完成公司其他品牌線下宣傳活動,如新品發布會、快閃店、品牌活動巡游系列、音樂節/咖啡節等項目。
Others: Collaborate with internal teams, share the latest brand trends, and jointly promote company development and business achievement.
與內部團隊合作,分享最新的品牌動向,共同推進公司發展和業務達成。
Qualification &Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-years marketing experiences in FMCG field (food or beverage FMCG background.with related experience in mum&baby products,preferably infant nutrition and baby food,baby goods are also under consideration) with excellent sense of brand communication. 3年以上快消品營銷經驗,做過母嬰類產品優先(如嬰配奶粉/寶寶輔食/寶寶用品等),對品牌宣傳有非常好的敏感度。
2. Good communication skills and excellent execution capability. Quick learner and good team player with strong sense of responsibility良好的溝通能力和執行能力。學習能力強,團隊合作精神強,責任心強Capability on data interpretation and analysis 具備數據解釋和分析能力
3. Can work under pressure and limited timing, with strong initiative and positive thinking能在壓力下和有限的時間內工作,主動性強,思維積極
4. Bachelor education level or above, fluent in oral and writing English. Familiar with Office software operation.本科以上學歷,英語聽說讀寫流利。熟悉Office辦公軟件操作。
