- Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers; 收集市場信息、了解客戶情況、分析客戶需求、向客戶推薦合適產(chǎn)品; - Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and assignation; 執(zhí)行公司銷售報價流程,進(jìn)行項目的甄別、投標(biāo)、報價和跟蹤,直至簽約; - Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets; 提高投標(biāo)率和中標(biāo)率,完成公司下達(dá)的銷售指標(biāo); - Manage contract management and ADF to meet customer requirements, based on the Company’s process; 嚴(yán)格按照公司銷售流程進(jìn)行合同處理,根據(jù)合同填寫ADF表等,以保證符合客戶要求; - Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract; 負(fù)責(zé)合同售后處理,根據(jù)銷售合同協(xié)調(diào)客戶與生產(chǎn)及安裝等有關(guān)部門之間的聯(lián)系; - Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory; 及時準(zhǔn)確地了解和反饋已簽合同的現(xiàn)場進(jìn)展,控制庫存; - Be responsible for AR for sales part; 貨款回籠、催討應(yīng)收帳款; - Regulate, manage and develop agencies; 規(guī)范、管理和發(fā)展代理商; - Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor; 完成銷售主管交辦的其它與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的工作;
