崗位職責(zé):
1、銷售價(jià)格的核實(shí),訂單的輸入,維護(hù)及跟蹤,客戶付款的跟蹤
Verify Sales quote, Input and maintain sales order then follow, tracking payment
2、Responsible for connecting with customers, tracking the whole process from NPI project to shipment and order delivery.負(fù)責(zé)從對(duì)接客戶,從NPI 項(xiàng)目到出貨、訂單交付全流程跟蹤。
任職要求:
1、College degree or above大專及以上學(xué)歷,物流管理、英語(yǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、It’s better with working experience as customer service有客戶服務(wù)方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)為宜;
3、Good communication and coordination skills 有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力;
4、Be familiar with the operation of computer software熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)各種辦公軟件的操作。
此崗位負(fù)責(zé)公司客戶訂單項(xiàng)目全流程追蹤管理,無(wú) 銷售性質(zhì)。
