崗位職責：
1、Study customer drawing, specification to fully understand customer needs.
研究客戶圖紙，規格書等，充分理解客戶需求；
2、Proficient in plastic materials and plastic mold structure, able to conduct mold opening feasibility analysis of products according to product data (2D or 3D), make DFM report, and determine mold design scheme. Product assembly, Insert Molding, thin-wall connector, two-color injection molding 。experience is preferred.
精通塑膠材料，塑膠模具結構，能根據產品數據（2D或3D）對產品進行開模可行性分析，制作DFM報告、模具設計。有產品組裝，Insert Molding、薄壁連接器、雙色注塑經驗優先；
3、According to the drawing requirements of process, equipment, fixture requirements.
根據圖紙要求提出工藝、設備、夾具需求；
4、Packaging design of injection products and cost analysis of injection parts.
注塑產品包裝設計及注塑件的成本分析；
5、Make professional feedback or suggestions to customer.
給客戶設計提供建設性的，專業的反饋和建議；
6、Provide continuous improvement suggestions.提供持續改善建議；
7、Other job assignment by supervisor.
工程部經理安排的其它工作。
崗位要求：
1、College or BS degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大專以上學歷，機械或電子專業；
2、3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies
3年以上外企工作經驗；
3、2 years cable assembly or connector related working experience.
2年及以上線纜或連接器工作經驗；
4、Good at English reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted. 英文讀寫熟練，能溝通；
5、Be familiar with CAD,UG software 熟悉CAD, UG繪圖軟件；
6、Knowledge of molding machines and tools.熟悉注塑機和模具，工裝夾具；
7、Solid computer skills. 熟悉電腦操作。
