1.制定計劃和執行
?與系統EPM/EPS團隊合作,通過配置、預測和突出顯示構建微觀進度表問題,并找出最佳解決方案來保護構建進度和驗證可交付成果。
2.CTB管理
?從KO日期開始管理上游PD零件CTB,并密切監控生產狀態以確保沒有延誤。與PD&MD和其他相關跨職能團隊合作風險緩解計劃(如有)。
3.DOE和MIL管理
?在目標時間內全面管理和完成PD團隊要求的DOE,以及盡早采取應對措施,與緊急指定經營實體一起疏通建筑。
?積極參與與PD和TPM團隊的MIL會議,并管理后續行動明確檢查點。
4.設計變更和修訂變更
?了解從建造到建造的設計變更,預見影響并制定緩解計劃。此外,預計將通過明確的攔截計劃來管理RCB。
5.報告
?整合所有關鍵信息,并向PD生成有效的PD構建報告
跨職能團隊,強調問題和所需的幫助。
1. Build planning and execution
?
Work with system EPM/EPS team on build micro-schedule by config, foresee & highlight
issues, and find out the best resolution to protect build schedule and validation
deliverables.
2. CTB management
?
Manage the upstream PD parts CTB from KO date & closely monitor the production status
to ensure no delay. And work with PD & MD and other related cross functional team on the
mitigation plan if any risk.
3. DOE & MIL management
?
Overall manage and complete the DOEs requested by PD team within target timeframe,
and fire-fighting with earliest response to unblock the build with urgent DOEs.
?
Actively involve in MIL meeting with PD & TPM team and manage the follow up actions with
clear check point.
4. Design change and revision change
?
Understand the design change from build to build, foresee the impacts and work out the
mitigation plan. Also, expect to manage the RCB with clear interception plan.
5. Reporting
?
Consolidate all the critical information and generate the effective PD build report to PD and
cross function teams with highlighting the issues and help needed.
