Responsible for:
- Maintaining and growing existing business
- Identifying and working out appropriate business plan to gain new applications at existing customers, to gain new customers
- Promoting company technology
- Offering product/service quotation to customers, quoting a price after getting management’s approval
- Coordinating with technical department, following up production trials at customers
- Managing agents when necessary
- Coordinating the relationship between the company and the customers, ensuring timely and accurate data information exchange with various departments (logistics, technical, etc.)
- Analyzing the monthly and yearly sales forecast/ plan, working out actions to close potential negative deviations to plan
- Signing contract or S/C with the customers in the range of authorization following company required principle.
- Collecting and sharing relevant competitor’s information (business strategy / market share/ price / other internal information)
- Managing consignment stock when needed
- Following up and collecting receivables
- Any exceptional task, outside his/her job scope, deemed necessary to enhance result can be assigned to him/her upon approval and issuance of his/her superior
Qualification:
- Familiar with the automobile industry and company products
- Good command of Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Good communication skill (including English)
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience
