電路設計IGBT變頻器
工作內容：
● 負責中壓變頻器的功率和控制電路設計：信號檢測和保護電路，EMC濾波設計， IGBT 門極驅動電路和控制電路等。
● 與結構工程師，PCB 布局工程師協同，定義電路板布局說明。
● 負責電力電子器件的選型(包含SCR,IGBT)，中壓變頻器主回路，吸收回路設計，電力電子器件損耗計算。
● 制定中壓變頻器的驗證清單,創建測試規范,制定出廠測試需求。
● 支持工廠和現場的相關故障分析及提供解決方案。
● 評估產品的成本和性能，以確定哪種方案最具有價值。
● 創建設計規范，為設計團隊的能力提升做出貢獻。
● 具備較好的能力和知識，有助于提高電力電子產品的設計質量，包括深入的技術研究，指導年輕工程師，解決設計問題。
崗位要求：
(1)電力電子、電機、電氣自動化、電力系統及自動化、自動化等相關專業；
(2)具有模/數電路、電路理論、電力電子等理論基礎，對變頻器使用的主要器件熟悉；
(3)較熟悉EMI/EMC規范與設計知識；
(4)有UPS、SVC、SVG、APF、變頻器、整流器、開關電源等相關項目開發工作經驗者優先考慮。
(5)大學英語四級及以上水平，口語流利者優先考慮；
(6)熟練使用Altium Designer、Cadence等至少一種常用的電路板繪圖軟件；
(7)具有良好的動手能力和調試經驗；
(8)有使用仿真工具進行電力電子設備仿真研究的經驗者最佳。
