Job Summary: Ideal job for candidates that have experience working for a Telecom company in the fixed-line process for any of the Telecom companies. If you’ve handled customer issues related to Broadband/Fibre commissioning, No-Connectivity, Slow-Speed issues, you’ll have a good rewarding career on the Network-side of how customers consume Internet and Data & Voice Services. Key Responsibilities: ?Review Access and Circuit order by performing network checks and site readiness to ensure provisioning of order is line with order. ?Perform exception and escalation management tasks or actions including documenting and escalating as required to be able to meet and deliver promised commitment timelines. ?Deliver on-time response and resolution updates via Phones, Emails, Tickets/tasks from various stakeholders, internal and external. ?Track, manage, and resolve all access related activities, milestones, & escalations. Recruitment tips for the position: · understands wireline telecom business process · has complete understanding of end to end (order to activate) process flow · can work with the customer and 3rd party providers to share project status · has understanding of different telecom terminology and network design · understands product types sold in the wireline business · has previous experience in the telecom wireline busines · Customer Circuit design for different bandwidth like E1, Ethernet, correction of wrongly modeled circuits in the network and the inventory. · Network Planning, bandwidth allocation & Circuit delivery for different services Location: Work From Home Language: Mandarin + English
