-Offer actively adequate tech. support for product manufacturing, to be in charge of all machining line process and new machining product RFQ.
-Work initiatively on the improvement of manufacturing process technique.
-Analysis the operation method and standardize it for better quality and efficiency.
-Response quickly to the problems by adjusting the process technique.
-Establish and follow up the technical document managing system.
-Work closely with our global team to involve in the technical clarification and support for the local production need.
-To support the new project development on the manufacturing in the workshop.
-To optimize the current products process to improve the product manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
-Design the efficiency tooling/fixture to improve the productivity.
-Standardize the manufacturing (cutting\knurling\machining\drilling\milling…etc.) process standard working hours..
-Machining process analysis, (cutting tooling concept, circle time, cost, etc.).
-Support supervisor to define machining line layout.
-Define manufacture process. He/She can ask correction or stop production in case production line aren’t following defined manufacture process which might cause safety issue or product quality risk.
-Be responsible of implementation in the department the system of TS16949.
-Familiar to the system of ISO14001, OSHAS 18001, and responsible for the implementation in the department according to company guidance. (see details in E&HS management manual)

-設計工裝夾具,提高生產效率。
-規范制造(打孔,車外徑,滾花,銑…等)過程標準工作時間。
-機加工過程分析,(工裝夾具/模具/刀具的方案、節拍、成本等)。
-支持主管定義和規劃機加工線的布局。
-定義加工工藝,對生產現場出現工藝執行偏差或涉及安全或產品質量風險,有權要求生產停線糾正。
-保證TS16949體系在本部門內得到有效執行
-熟知ISO14001,OHSAS18001體系,按公司指導方針保證本部門內的執行(詳見E&HS管理手冊)
