Lead customer technical communication and DFM reviews
4、制定產(chǎn)品可靠性驗(yàn)證方案及測(cè)試計(jì)劃
Develop product reliability verification plans
5、管理內(nèi)外部工程變更及材料驗(yàn)證選型
Manage internal/external process changes and material selection
6、提供新產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)量產(chǎn)技術(shù)支持
Provide technical support for new product mass production
7、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文檔管理(圖紙/規(guī)格書等)
Maintain product technical documentation (drawings/specs, etc.)
任職要求：
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor's degree or above in STEM-related fields
2、5年以上光纖連接器件行業(yè)研發(fā)或設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5+ years R&D/design experience in fiber optic connector industry
3、精通2D/3D工程圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)，精通主流工程設(shè)計(jì)軟件
Proficient in 2D/3D engineering drawing design and expert in mainstream engineering design software
4、英語(yǔ)流利（CET-4或同等以上），能進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)專業(yè)技術(shù)交流
Fluent English (CET-4 or equivalent) for professional technical communication in oral
5、具備嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度、高度責(zé)任心及持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)能力
Rigorous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and continuous learning ability
6、能接受國(guó)內(nèi)外短期出差
