We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business QA Lead. Business: Global Transformation Principal responsibilities 1. Responsible for coordination Business Testing with the local countries for changes to the digital channels in public website, Internet Banking, Share dealing, and Mobile 2. To ensure these meet customer expectations both internal and external, ensuring defects are identified before release 3. Undertake test preparation for a variety of projects resource estimating, planning, scoping, identifying data and environment requirements. 4. Write and review range of testing documentation. 5. Coordinate testing tasks for specific projects, progress issues and escalate where necessary. 6. Regularly review testing processes in order to identify ways to improve efficiency. 7. Plan and support validation activity for live releases of new services. 8. Coordinate activity of testers on multiple projects and provide support/coaching 9. Establish close working relationships within WPB Channels Transformation 10. Work collaboratively with software delivery and change delivery, Marketing and operational areas 11. Review test documentation and provide coaching and feedback to colleagues 12. Adoption and use of testing standards and processes 13. Chair and attend project update meetings, deliver project updates and escalate any known issues and concerns 14. Adherence to mandatory objectives 15. Alignment of activity to departmental governance Qualifications - External 1. Excellent knowledge and experience of the testing process 2. Ability to influence and challenge to ensure that customer needs are represented 3. Good knowledge of the digital channels, and strong awareness of customer expectations 4. Excellent awareness of technology and the internet including browsers, operating systems and devices 5. Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities 6. A strong team player who is highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in the department and acknowledging other areas and individuals roles and responsibilities. 7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues 8. Good decision making skills to be able to evaluate importance of defects found during testing, based on impact 9. Enthusiastic and self-motivated 10. Innovative having the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals 11. Cantonese speaker/English Fluent
