JOB SUMMARY
Effectively manage sales pipeline to insure profitable revenue growth of new customers from wide range of industries. The position will focus on domestic China contract logistics opportunities including both transportation and warehousing services
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prospect, identify and grow new customers from wide range of industries including FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Chemical and Automotive.
2. Effectively manage all aspects related to business development process for the region including coordinating with operations, account management and other support departments
3. Jointly work with operations and solutions team to develop valued added solutions for customers.
4. Jointly work with account management team and operations to insure customer satisfaction.
5. Provide sales, research, and marketing support for global business development and account management teams.
6. Actively participate in conference and appropriate trade associations.
7. Jointly work with regional operations director or branch manager on market development issues.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors Degree in relevant field with a master’s degree preferred.
2. 3-5 years of relevant 3PL work experience. Strong preference for candidates with contract logistics experience for Domestic China.
3. Highest level of professional and personal integrity as well as business ethics.
4. Excellent verbal and written in English will be required.
5. 5 or more years of experience working in mainland China. Strong preference for selling to both Chinese and multinational clients.
6. Minimum of 3 years experience in business development and account management. Experience with domestic 3pl market for both transportation and warehousing required.
7. Strong fiscal and analytic skills required. Market analysis and segmentation experience preferred. Pricing and purchasing background strongly preferred.
8. Excellent oral/written communication skills including working in team environment.
9. Self motivated with proven ability to contribute to new ventures.
10. Approximately 15-25% travel required

4. 要求使用中、英雙語,中文普通話為母語。
5. 5年及以上在中國大陸的工作經驗,有中國和跨國公司客戶業務拓展經驗者優先。
6. 至少3年在業務拓展和客戶管理領域的工作經驗,具備國內第三方物流市場運輸和倉儲經驗。
7. 具備較強的財務和分析能力,有市場分析和市場細分的經驗者優先,有定價和采購背景者優先。
8. 具有優秀的口頭/書面交流技能包括融入團隊工作的能力。
9. 具有自我激勵能力,愿意投身新的工作。
10. 大約15-25%的出差任務。
