【崗位職責(zé)】
Deliver consultancy projects on food processing technology development and New Industrialization
Conduct R&D for technologies related to food and catering industry and prepare proposals for government funding
Assist team head to create new business serving food and catering industry
Lead a sub-team on project implementation related to New Industrialization and technology commercialization
Organize new technology training, study mission and promotional activities to food and catering industry
Manage and control project process and budget to ensure quality and timely deliverable and customer relationship management
Assist to implement marketing programs to promote our products and services to potential customers
1.提供關(guān)于食品加工技術(shù)開發(fā)和新型工業(yè)化的咨詢項目。
2.負(fù)責(zé)食品和餐飲行業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)的研發(fā),并為政府撥款計劃準(zhǔn)備提案及相關(guān)文書。
3.協(xié)助團隊負(fù)責(zé)人開拓餐飲行業(yè)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。
4.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組進(jìn)行新型工業(yè)化和技術(shù)商業(yè)化的項目實施。
5.組織餐飲行業(yè)的新技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、考察和推廣活動。
6.管理和控制項目進(jìn)程和預(yù)算,確保質(zhì)量和及時交付,持續(xù)進(jìn)行客戶關(guān)系管理。
7.協(xié)助執(zhí)行市場營銷計劃,向潛在客戶推廣產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
【崗位要求】
Bachelor Degree or above from disciplines such as Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent, MPhil or PhD qualification is preferred
4 years or more relevant experience, solid experience on research is preferred
Mature, self-motivated, result oriented, work with passion and ownership, be able to meet tight deadlines
Good command of English
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,食品科學(xué)、食品技術(shù)等相關(guān)專業(yè),碩士或博士學(xué)歷優(yōu)先考慮。
2.4年及以上食品科學(xué)或食品行業(yè)研究經(jīng)驗,有實驗及研發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
3.性格成熟,自我激勵,以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,具備充分的工作熱情和自主權(quán),能夠在緊迫的期限內(nèi)完成任務(wù)。
4.中文及英文聽說讀寫優(yōu)秀。
