崗位職責(zé)Job responsibility
1、開發(fā)制造行業(yè)的新客戶,特別是醫(yī)療設(shè)備。
Call on new accounts in Manufacture industry, especially medical device.
2、與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起制定增長計(jì)劃和銷售策略。
Work with Sales Team and leadership team to establish the grows plan and sales strategy.
3、識別機(jī)會,制定和執(zhí)行有效的銷售和市場發(fā)展策略。
Identify opportunities, develop, and execute effective sales and market development strategies.
4、定位產(chǎn)品并提供以客戶為導(dǎo)向的銷售渠道。
Positing products and providing customer-oriented sales pipeline.
5、與公司內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào),持續(xù)改善客戶感受。
Coordinating with internally to continually improve client's feeling.
6、通過網(wǎng)站、貿(mào)易展覽和推薦的途徑找到客戶。
Locating accounts through the paths of website,trade shows and referrals.
7、負(fù)責(zé)完成既定的銷售指標(biāo),達(dá)到或超過既定的銷售目標(biāo)。
Responsible for the delivery of a revenue quota, meet or exceed the agreed sales targets.
8、負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)合同和訂單的談判。
Responsible for negotiation of commercial contracts and orders.
9、參與與MDI團(tuán)隊(duì)一起制定全球銷售增長計(jì)劃。
Take participate in dealing with MDI team for Globally Sales Grow Plan.
10、建立與工程團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通方式,并與工程團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,為客戶開發(fā)最佳解決方案。
Setting up communication approach with Engineering team and work closely with the Engineering team to develop best solutions for customer.
11、與客戶建立牢固的關(guān)系,并通過持續(xù)的溝通提供建議
Develop strong relationship with customers and through continuous communication advise them of
1)新產(chǎn)品介紹;New product introductions,
2)價(jià)格變化和交貨問題(如有)Pricing changes and delivery issues (if any)
3)定期安排和組織與客戶工程師的技術(shù)交流Arrange and organize technical exchanges withcustomer engineers routinely
12、定期分析和報(bào)告市場信息,并對價(jià)格、競爭對手和趨勢進(jìn)行反饋。
Do regularly analysis and report through Marketinformation reach out and feedback on prices, competitors, and trends.
13、建立和擴(kuò)大業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。Build and expand business networks.
14、組織會議、項(xiàng)目和活動。Organize meetings, programs and events.
15、其他分配的工作。Other Duties as assigned.
任職要求Job
Requirements:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,理工科相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
College degree or above, major in science and engineering is prefer.
2、10年以上銷售及市場工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉醫(yī)療OEM市場,有一定客戶資源,具有一定的塑料產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)制造相關(guān)知識。
More than 10 years of sales & marketing experience, familiar with medical OEM market, have certain customer resources, have certain knowledge of plastic parts design & manufacturing.
3、有醫(yī)療器械銷零部件售經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別是有直接銷售產(chǎn)品至醫(yī)療器械制造公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)者。
Experience in selling parts and components of medical devices, especially experience in selling products directly to medical device manufacturing companies.
4、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。Good speaking, listen and written in both English.
5、對價(jià)格變化對利潤率和盈利能力的影響有基本的財(cái)務(wù)理解
A basic financial understanding, impact on pricing change on margins and profitability
6、具有較強(qiáng)的人際交往能力Possess strong people skills
7、必要時(shí)愿意出差。Willing to travel as necessary.
