Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development 發展區域市場策略:
? Develop and execute local marketing strategies based on the central marketing guidelines. 根據中央市場策略,執行和優化本地市場策略。
? Monitor and analyze market trends, tailor marketing campaigns to meet the specific needs and characteristics of the regional market. 根據區域市場的具體需求分析市場趨勢,組織相關市場活動。
KOL Relationship Management KOL關系管理:
? Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region. Regularly communicate with KOLs to maintain engagement, gather feedback, and leverage their insights for continuous improvement of promotional strategies. 與區域內的KOL及行業專家等建立良好合作關系。定期與KOL溝通,收集反饋,并據此持續優化推廣策略。
Sales Support 銷售支持:
? Collaborate with the sales teams in all channels to design and implement promotional activities that drive sales and meet regional sales targets. Support the sales team by co-visit and training to achieve the sales targets. 與所有渠道的銷售團隊合作,設計和實施推動業績并達到區域目標的推廣活動。通過共同拜訪和培訓來支持業務團隊,以實現業務目標。
? Provide marketing materials, tools, and training to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness in the field. 為銷售團隊提供市場材料、工具和培訓,以提高市場活動在區域的有效性。
Channel Synergies 渠道協同:
? Work with the Regional Business Director to identify and capitalize on synergies across different sales channels, including core hospitals, broad hospitals, and retail. 與區域業務總監合作,推動不同推廣渠道(包括核心醫院、廣泛醫院和零售)之間的協同作用。
? Develop integrated marketing plans that consider the unique dynamics and opportunities within each channel. 根據每個渠道的獨特動態和機會,開發綜合市場計劃。
? Foster relationships with key stakeholders in each channel to ensure alignment and collaboration. 與每個渠道的關鍵利益相關者建立關系,確保一致性和協作。
Cross-functional Collaboration 跨職能合作:
? Coordinate with central marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. 與中央市場、銷售和其他相關部門協調,確保實施連貫和有效的市場方案。
? Share insights and best practices across regions to support continuous improvement. 在分享區域洞見和最佳實踐,以支持持續改進。
Compliance and Brand Standards 合規和品牌標準:
? Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all regional promotions. 確保所有推廣活動符合公司政策、行業法規和品牌指南。在所有區域推廣中保持一致的品牌信息。
Budget Management 預算管理:
? Manage the regional promotional budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and report on budget adherence, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed. 管理區域推廣預算,確保資源的有效使用。同時監控使用情況,提供調整建議。
Qualifications & Experiences Required
? Bachelor’s Degree and above, major in medication or life science related. 本科及以上學歷, 醫藥或生命科學相關專業
? At least 3 years’ experience in sales management and marketing functions. 至少3年以上銷售管理及市場推廣經驗
? Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 誠信、積極主動、良好的適應能力、良好的承壓及和自我激勵能力
? Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities. 優秀的人際溝通和協作能力
