崗位目標Job Purpose
Implement national marketing plan though execution of national activities and development of regional marketing plan, which defines also the specific needs of the region. Be a strong support for the RSM in delivering and executing on results and plans. Own and drive the internal and external product training requirement in the region as well as maintaining key KOL relationships.
崗位職責Major Roles & Responsibilities
1. Act as a link between marketing and sales and support the execution of the national marketing plan with the region.
a. Give input to design of marketing strategy, promotion plan and activities and provide ongoing feedback
b. Support execution of marketing activities and events together with national or regional resources
c. Participate in national marketing meetings/trainings for regional sharing afterwards
d. Support in cases collection and medical project execution in the region.
2. Provide feedback on regional market, customer & competitor situation
3. Understand the regional market, customer and competitor situation to design and organize regional marketing and promotion activities supplementing the national plan.
a. Support the design of regional business & marketing plans to link national strategies with regional execution
b. Participate in regional activities, events and campaigns where needed
c. Participate in regional management meetings responsible for review of regional marketing plans
d. Co-visit with DSM when needed and provides professional advice on wound care and treatment
4. Support the RSM in building and maintaining relationships with key regional KOLs
任職資格Job Qualifications
1. (經理級)至少兩年以上銷售管理或醫學市場相關經驗;
At least 2 years of working experience within marketing, medical marketing or sales management
2. Good business acumen and understand of sales and marketing execution at a regional level
3. Bachelor degree within Clinical medicine, nursing or Marketing is preferred.
