Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages geographic territory and ensures DAS/HUIDAI is represented in all relevant purchases. Calls on necessary available resources to close business in DAS/HUIDAI 's favor.
2. Achieve monthly and annual targets for the territory.
3. Build and maintains sales database for territory and develops mailing list and prospect levels.
4. Maintains opportunities in CRM on a regular basis, so as to provide information that can be used to produce at least 6 months’ forecast at the end of each month. Records information on won / lost opportunities in CRM such as applications and competitors.
5. Develop product knowledge of DAS/HUIDAI offerings as well as competitor technologies.
6. Provide market and customer feedback to the Application and Product Management teams. Analyze market trends and customer data.
7. Conduct product demonstrations, attend trade seminars and exhibitions.
8. Consistently promote the professional image of DAS/HUIDAI.
9. Growth and profitability of DAS/HUIDAI.
10. Customer satisfaction with DAS/HUIDAI products and services.
11. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.
12. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Higher qualifications are advantageous.
2. More than 3 years’ sales experience in selling equipment is required.
3. Knowledge of abatement system and semiconductor industry or related technology would be an advantage but not essential.
4. Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor.
6. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
7. Strong Analytical and decision-making abilities.
8. Demonstrated ability to understand complex concepts within own and related job functions.
9. Willingness and ability to travel domestically frequently.
