一、工作職責
1. 負責聯系專家學者，組織稿件的同行評審，確保稿件的同行評審及時完成；
2. 編排和處理稿件，確保稿件格式正確，及時發表；
3. 與期刊主編，編委成員，作者及審稿人建立良好溝通，確保期刊正常運作，稿件順利及時發表；
4. 關注期刊學科領域內的研究進展，協助期刊責任編輯完成期刊發展目標。

二、職位要求
1. 碩士博士優先，優秀的本科生亦可考慮；
2. 海洋科學與技術，海洋資源與環境，軍事海洋學，水產養殖學，水族科學與技術，水生動物醫學，漁業經濟管理，漁業資源，捕撈學，動物學或相關專業背景；
3. 英語六級；
4. 熟練office辦公軟件；
5. 學習能力強，能適應公司高強度職業培訓，例如：參加職業培訓講座和一對一導師培訓管理。
1. 碩士博士優先，優秀的本科生亦可考慮；
2. 海洋科學與技術，海洋資源與環境，軍事海洋學，水產養殖學，水族科學與技術，水生動物醫學，漁業經濟管理，漁業資源，捕撈學，動物學或相關專業背景；

Assistant Editor for Marine Science English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for contacting experts and scholars to organize the peer review of manuscripts, ensuring that the peer review is completed in a timely manner.
2.Arrange and process manuscripts to ensure the correct format and timely publication.
3.Establish good communication with the journal's editor-in-chief, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers to ensure the normal operation of the journal and the smooth and timely publication of manuscripts.
4.Keep abreast of research developments in the journal’s field and assist the journal editor in achieving developmental goals.

II. Job Requirements
1.Candidates with Master or Ph.D. degree are preferred; outstanding undergraduates may also be considered.
2.Related majors，including but not limited to Marine Science and Technology, Marine Resources and Environment, Military Oceanography, Aquaculture, Aquatic Science and Technology, Aquatic Animal Medicine Fisheries Economic Management, Fisheries Resources, Capture Fisheries, Zoology, ect.
3.CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.
4.Proficient in using Office software.
5.Strong learning ability and adaptability to high-intensity professional training, such as attending professional training seminars and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
