崗位職責:
1、工業客戶開發與滲透,調研目標國食品工業格局,鎖定潛在客戶進行跟進(豆漿粉應用的生產型工廠)
2、定制化解決方案銷售,基于客戶產線需求(如蛋白含量、認證標準、成本預算),公司提供豆漿粉應用方案
3、全流程訂單管理
A、主導從樣品測試、技術參數確認到年度框架協議簽訂(賬期≤90天)
B、協調研發團隊解決客戶工藝適配問題(如噴霧干燥粉的溶解性優化)
4、跨文化風控管理
A、確保產品符合進口國法規(如FDA、EU Organic、清真認證)
B、預判地緣政治風險(如伊朗跨境結算、中東宗教合規及其它)
5、市場情報建設
監控競品動態(如國際植物基原料巨頭),每季度提交所轄市場《工業客戶需求趨勢報告》
Job Responsibilities:
1. Industrial customer development and penetration: Research the food industry structure in local countries, identify potential customers and follow up (production factories using soy milk powder).
2. Customized solution sales: Based on customers' production line needs (such as protein content, certification standards, cost budget), the company provides soy milk powder application solutions.
3. Full-process order management
A. Lead the process from sample testing, technical parameter confirmation to the signing of annual framework agreements (payment term ≤ 90 days).
B. Coordinate with the R&D team to solve customers' process adaptation issues (such as solubility optimization of spray-dried powder).
4. Cross-cultural risk control management
A. Ensure products comply with the regulations of the importing country (such as FDA, EU Organic, Halal certification).
B. Predict geopolitical risks (such as cross-border settlement in Iran, religious compliance in the Middle East, etc.).
5. Market intelligence construction
Monitor competitors' dynamics (such as international plant-based raw material giants) and submit the "Industrial Customer Demand Trend Report" for the responsible market quarterly.

1、2年以上食品原料/健康食品,海外B2B銷售經驗
2、成功操作過工業原料供貨訂單者優先;
3、有團隊管理經驗或食品工程背景優先
4、每周工作5天,周末雙休,節假日正常休息,簽訂勞務合同
5、此崗位無需來司辦公,長期駐外崗位,公司不提供居住場所
6、在當地生活5年以上優先
Hard Requirements for the Position:
- More than 2 years of overseas B2B sales experience in food raw materials/health food;
- Priority will be given to those who have successfully handled industrial raw material supply orders;
- Those with team management experience or a food engineering background are preferred.
- The work schedule includes a five-day workweek with weekends off, public
holidays observed, and an employment contract signed.
- This position does not require working at the company office; it is a long-term placement in Japan. The company does not provide accommodation.
- Priority will be given to those who have lived locally for more than 5 years.
