【崗位職責】
1. 負責與海外客戶的需求和技術對接,確保客戶需求與公司產品技術方案之間的匹配;
2. 解答客戶在項目過程中提出的技術問題,提供專業的技術支持,確保客戶得到及時的反饋;
3. 協調與項目經理和技術團隊的合作,確保客戶需求被準確理解并轉化為可執行的技術要求;
4. 通過技術對接和支持,幫助客戶解決技術障礙,確保項目順利推進;
5. 與客戶持續溝通,了解項目進展和技術需求的變化,及時調整技術支持策略;
6. 提供技術培訓和支持文檔,幫助客戶更好地理解和應用公司產品;
7. 協助團隊提升技術能力和項目執行效率,確保項目按時交付。
【任職要求】
● 電子、自動化、通信等相關專業本科及以上學歷;
● 至少5年及以上技術支持、應用工程或系統集成等相關工作經驗,具備豐富的客戶技術對接經驗;
● 扎實的技術背景,能夠迅速識別并解決技術問題,特別是在嵌入式系統或自動化控制領域;
● 具有流利的英語寫作和表達能力,能夠與海外客戶進行高效的口頭和書面技術溝通;
● 具有優秀的需求分析能力,能夠與客戶共同討論技術需求并確保其在公司產品中的準確實現;
● 良好的團隊合作能力和跨部門溝通能力,能夠協調技術團隊與客戶、項目經理之間的工作;
● 具備客戶導向思維,能夠提供定制化的技術支持,提升客戶滿意度。
【其他要求】
● 熟悉電控產品(如控制器、驅動器等)及其應用場景的技術背景優先;
● 有跨文化溝通經驗,能夠在多語言環境下有效合作;
● 能接受出差,參與客戶現場的技術支持和溝通。
Job Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient Application Engineering Manager to serve as the key point of contact for technical communication with our international clients. You will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries during project implementation and ensuring that customer requirements are seamlessly aligned with the company’s technical solutions. In addition to providing hands-on technical support, your strong English communication skills will be crucial in conveying complex concepts clearly and effectively to our clients.
As a vital liaison between our technical teams and clients, you will ensure that project execution is closely aligned with client needs. Through clear communication and effective collaboration, you will help drive the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the technical interface with overseas clients, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and the company’s product technical solutions.
2. Address technical questions raised by clients during the project, providing professional technical support and ensuring timely feedback.
3. Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and translated into actionable technical specifications.
4. Assist clients in overcoming technical barriers through effective technical support, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
5. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor project progress and changes in technical requirements, adjusting technical support strategies as needed.
6. Provide technical training and support documentation to help clients better understand and apply the company’s products.
7. Assist the team in improving technical capabilities and project execution efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or systems integration, with extensive experience in client technical interfaces.
● Strong technical background, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, particularly in embedded systems or automation control fields.
● Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to communicate efficiently with overseas clients in both oral and written technical discussions.
● Excellent requirements analysis skills, able to collaborate with clients to discuss technical needs and ensure accurate implementation in company products.
● Strong teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, able to coordinate effectively between technical teams, clients, and project managers.
● Customer-oriented mindset, capable of providing tailored technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements
● Familiarity with the technical background of electronic control products (e.g., controllers, drivers, etc.) and their application scenarios is preferred.
● Experience in cross-cultural communication and the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment.
● Willingness to travel for on-site technical support and communication with clients.
