崗位職責描述Responsibilities:
1, 獨立開發商用蒸發器、冷凝器、儲液罐大客戶群體,制定大客戶銷售計劃(月度、季度、年度)并按時完成公司的銷售目標;
Independently develop key customer groups of evaporator, condenser and receiver, formulate key customer sales plan (monthly, quarterly and annual) and complete sales target on time;
2, 與研發工程師共同建立并開拓新產品市場,提升新產品的市場占有率與銷售收入;
Work with R & D engineers to establish and develop new product market and improve market share and sales revenue of new products;
3, 定期拜訪行業內重點客戶,邀請價值客戶到公司考察、參觀和交流,建立長期穩固的戰略合作伙伴關系;
Regularly visit key customers in the industry, invite valuable customers to visit and communicate on-site, and establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership;
4, 收集潛在客戶的需求和競爭對手的信息并反饋給公司,為公司產品規劃和定義提供市場調研支持;
Collect the needs of potential customers and competitors and feed back to company, provide market research support for the company's product planning and definition;
5, 銷售合同款項的催收,按時回款;
Collection of sales contract payment on time;
職位要求REQUIREMENTS:
1, 大專或以上學歷,制冷或市場營銷等專業,至少5年以上工業制冷系統、冷熱水機組、熱泵、空氣冷卻設備、壓力容器等產品銷售經驗,應用行業為風力發電、醫療器械、冷鏈運輸、商用空調;
Junior college or above, major in refrigeration or marketing, at least 5 years of sales experience in Refrigeration System,Cold & Hot Water Units, Heat Pumps, Air Cooling Equipment, Pressure Vessels etc., in Wind Power, Health Care, Refrigeration and Air con industries;
2, 具有獨立開發客戶資源和行業渠道搭建能力, 熱愛銷售工作,有強烈的進取心,有能力獨立開展工作;
Have the ability to independently develop customer resources and build industrial channels. Aggressive ambition, work independently.
3, 獨立獲取過制冷類產品訂單且合同額在500萬元以上并落地實施的優先考慮;
Independently obtain refrigeration product orders with a contract amount of more than 5 million RMB is preferred.
4,具有所屬大客戶就職背景或具備所屬大客戶的良好的人際關系者優先考慮;
Working background of key customers or good interpersonal relationship with key customers is preferred.
