Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: l Develop business case for project/program through working with engineers and sourcing team l Plan resource and material for timely project execution l Develop project execution plans with detailed tasks and updated timely trough cross function team communication l Identify and resolve any problems and difficulties during project execution and make sure programs can proceed smoothly. l Lead project meeting and work with cross function team and other team members in the program to successfully achieve on time delivery l Organize overall program regular review meeting and maintain tracker and program related data base. l Assist the program manager for any other VCP and Localization related works Required qualifications: l Master’s Degree in Engineering. l 2 years’ experience in project leadership within a R&D, manufacturing, development environment. l Experience working in cross-functional relationships, strong influential and communication skills. l Consistent track record of success driving complex project/program from inception to delivery. l Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in English and Chinese. l Good at excel.
