Position: Administrative Assistant 行政助理

Job Responsibility & Accountability
Assist to arrange business trip booking, including plane and train ticket booking
Office administrative support, office supplies, stationeries, expense report etc.
Ensure a smooth and efficient office operation and daily administrative support
Support and coordinate with audit department to ensure the high efficiency of information flow
Assist to organize and coordinate company events like annual dinner and other company events
Any other assignments from the line manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, 1 year working experience in administrative in a multi-national enterprise, fresh graduates are also welcomed
A good command of oral and written English is must
Good skills in computer applications, especially Microsoft office software
Certificate of accounting professional is a plus, or additional certificate in Secretarial training is preferable
A good team player, highly-organized and able to work under pressure
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated
工作職責

職位要求
學士學位或以上，1年左右行政工作經驗，跨國企業優先，也歡迎優秀的應屆畢業生投遞
優秀的英語口語和筆譯能力
良好計算機應用能力，特別是微軟辦公軟件
持有會計資格證者優先，或持有秘書專業相關證書者優先
有良好的團隊合作精神，做事有條理，抗壓力強
性格開朗，良好的與人溝通能力，自律
