電氣機械/電力設備
JD：
1.Factory all equipment manager and maintainer；
2.Key person for the equipment maintenance to support daily operation;
3.Specifically, experience in managing new product and technology introductions, equipment projects (new installations), process optimization, upgrades and modifications;
4.Setup TPM/PM content and cycle time properly to ensure reduce unplanned equipment breakdown;
5.Training for new employee and operator to improve production team skill;
6.Give full play to maintenance duties to guarantee blanking line and laser line equipment availability
7.Ensure operational reliability/ process quality, i.e. technical availability, conservation of value and quality of supported operation systems and resources;
8.Fault and breakdown analysis and sustainable troubleshooting for technical installations;
9.General implementation of the specific maintenance tasks, e.g. TPM and PM; 10. Spare part management and related cost control
11. Analysis of plant operation and developing of optimization work to eliminate weak points and to improve the result ;
12.Recording and documentation of all data, which are required for the maintenance process on the basis of an agreed procedure ;
13.Establish a new project evaluation, establishment, execution, acceptance, and preservation plan；
14. Take part in the discussion and development of the innovative projects such as new pro ducts, technologies, and solutions；
15. Stand in of maintenance team management that can guarantee the team running smoothly;
QUALIFICATIONS：
1. Education/Degree:
College degree or above, major in Automation or Mechatroni
2.Knowledge/Skills / Competence:
-Siemens S7 programing and diagnostic
-SIEMENS drive technology
-Robot operation and maintenance
-Hydraulic system technology
-Pneumatic system technology
-Mechanical system technology
3.Experience
-Background in S7 programing
-Experience with ABB robot operation and maintenance
-Over three years working as maintenance
-Over three years experience automation trouble shooting
-Mechanical maintenance work experience
-Experience in installing and maintaining laser production line
-Work background in the automotive industry
