Bachelor degree or above in Engineering/Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration, strong mechanical background/knowledge 2. At least 3 years working experience in the areas of purchasing within Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction industry 3. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of technical relationships 4. Good communication and coordination skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness even in challenging situations 5. Experts for negotiations, creation of cost transparency through analysis 6. Self-motivated, reliable, high responsibilities awareness, team player, willing to business trip 7. Good command of Chinese and English in speaking and writing 8. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, familiar with ERP System such as SAP or INFOR
