Self-study for new standards and knowledge, and share experience, standards and technical information with colleagues. d. Support PV Module, racking, inverter, storage Quality assurance project execution and some field engineering service project. e. Complete other tasks assigned by department leader. Qualifications/Requirements: a. Recognize CEA company culture and core values. b. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation, electrical engineering, etc. c. 2-5 years working experience in transformer production and testing or 1-3 years working experience in transformer R&D, Experience in transformer factory is a must. d. Proficient in transformer component testing and inspection. e. Proficient in transformer product manufacture process, test process, test method and relevant test standards and specifications, familiar with IEC60076, IEEE C57, etc. Experience in third-party company electrical inspection is preferred f. Able to understand SOW and complete tasks, independently working and manage project with pressure. g. Familiar with ISO, 6S and 8D, etc. h. Having some Knowledge of modules, trackers, converters, switchgear, familiar with photovoltaic industry is preferred. i. Knowledge of PV modules, inverters, switchgear, PV & storage are preferred. j. Good at English reading, writing. listening and speaking will be a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. k. Good computer skills, can write English report independently. l. In good health, able to travel frequently.
