1. Leads APQP process as part of new product launches; 2. Coordinates technical reviews and assessments; 3. Develops supplier capabilities to meet Gestamp requirements; 4. 1. 3 plus years of Manufacturing or Engineering experience 2. Engineering background with clear basic knowledge 3. Skills sets like SPC, PPAP, ISO 9001, MSA, IATF16949, Quality tools VDA6.3&6.5 etc. 4.Good analytical ability. 5. Good communication 6. Very good Understanding of Manufacturing processes like stamping processes, 7. Open minded, mainly open to adjust to changing work environment 8. Additional Knowledge of quality management systems, Quality tools, six sigma etc. 9. Quality control techniques Core tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA,APQP,PPAP) 10. Ability to travel 40% of the time.
