Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines ? Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required ? Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables ? Participate in continuous improvement activities by supporting the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements: ? Graduation in science/Engineering and at least 6 years of software testing experience. ? Should have good knowledge of software testing methodology/processes and software development life cycle. ? Excellent learner ? Experience working well with the global team. ? English skills: Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking are a must. ? Lead software testing team or project experience and ability are a must. ? Scrum practice working experience is a plus.
