? Make department activity plans & carry out accordingly.

Manage & optimize office environment & process 管理并優(yōu)化辦公環(huán)境與流程
? Office 5S leading, support shopfloor 5S check, taking pictures and sending out OPLs.
? In charge of meeting rooms, public facilities, department assets & office environment.
? Management of coffee corner, book corner, public areas.
? Purchase necessary office goods.
主導(dǎo)辦公室5S管理,支持車間5S檢查,拍照并發(fā)布單點(diǎn)課程(OPL)。
負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)議室、公共設(shè)施、部門資產(chǎn)及辦公環(huán)境。

? Order stationary for both departments.
? Support NEO training for new office employees.
? Internal car rental, traveling consulting, travel auditor, reimbursement auditor.
? Support visitors’ invitation letter preparation, transportation, hotel booking, meeting agenda.
? VA orientation taking (making the list with managers together and take care of the feedback).
? Support to take care of local issues in China for VA.
? Internal cooperation with HRL, FCM, MBL and other cross function.
? Expense rebooking.

Qualifications Requirement資格要求
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or comparable work experience.
Fluent English, written and spoken, German is a plus.
Good communication skills throughout different management and associate levels.
Experience in Engineering/personal assistant and secretary for company management.
工商管理學(xué)士學(xué)位,或相當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鹘?jīng)驗(yàn)。
英語(yǔ)流利,書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)能力俱佳,掌握德語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先。
具備良好的溝通能力,能夠與不同管理層級(jí)和員工進(jìn)行有效交流。
具有工程領(lǐng)域或公司管理層的個(gè)人助理及秘書(shū)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
