任職資格 Qualification
1、本科或以上，機械、化工、電子或工業工程等相關專業
Bechalor or above，Mechanical, chemical, electrical or industrial engineering etc.
2、5年以上精密制造行業潔凈間生產管理經驗，具有跨國公司相關工作經驗為佳；
At least 5 years of clean room production management experience in precision manufacturing industry, working experience in multinational company is preferred"
3、豐富的生產管理、6S、人員培訓及持續改善等經驗，對生產產能、良率、效率爬坡具有較強的意識和豐富的實戰經歷；
