崗位職責(zé):1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校的課程研發(fā)、教研,制定切實可行的教學(xué)計劃和落實方案, 且具有先進的教學(xué)理念和方法。2. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校教學(xué)的管理、教學(xué)質(zhì)量把控、師資培訓(xùn)與評估,并制定有效的培訓(xùn)計劃,不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。3、收集、整理、分析國內(nèi)國際學(xué)校的相關(guān)政策、數(shù)據(jù)、信息及其他動態(tài),定期輸出提高整體教師視野。4、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌學(xué)生事務(wù)管理,制定和完善學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的各項規(guī)章制度,組織、實施、 督促、參與學(xué)生手冊的修訂,檢查學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作。5、支持辦公室其他行政工作,如會議組織、大型活動支持、招生、后勤等其他運營活動。6、根據(jù)學(xué)校安排,定期和家長保持有效積極的溝通,積極協(xié)助家校關(guān)系的建立與互動。任職要求:1.熱愛教學(xué)工作,有教育情懷,做到以學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)為中心進行教學(xué)管理。2.教育及相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),碩士以上學(xué)歷,有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷(優(yōu)先考慮),并且熱愛音樂。3.具有 5年以上一線教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,8 年以上教學(xué)管理工作經(jīng)驗,英語可做工作語言。4.具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)調(diào)能力,有非常強的責(zé)任心和團隊意識;5.熟悉歐美國際基礎(chǔ)教育體制,對國際各類課程體系了解,并且有自己的認(rèn)識。6.熱愛學(xué)生,對學(xué)生、家長有足夠的耐心和愛心。
