Job Responsibilities工作職責(zé):
- Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line 分析和解決生產(chǎn)線技術(shù)問(wèn)題
- Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI……分析解決質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，8D報(bào)告分析與反饋CP，F(xiàn)EMA，WI……
- Training the new technician and the operator培訓(xùn)新技術(shù)員及操作工
- Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)線以確保達(dá)到生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)
- Product quality control and process supervise and abnormal status monitor生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制、過(guò)程監(jiān)督、異常狀態(tài)監(jiān)控 Cooperate with repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools配合維修和保養(yǎng)機(jī)器，設(shè)備，工具
- Monitor the manufacturing process to keep the product quality status stability 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)工藝過(guò)程確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定
- Establish and maintain production planning and control建立和維持生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制
- Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools配合維修和保養(yǎng)機(jī)器、設(shè)備與工具
- Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed確保遵循質(zhì)量控制程序與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
- Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time不斷改進(jìn)和提高生產(chǎn)性能、減少生產(chǎn)周期
- Production line layout before launch and continuous improvement投產(chǎn)前期生產(chǎn)布局的規(guī)劃和后期的改進(jìn)
- Cost saving by optimizing process and material 優(yōu)化過(guò)程和物料以達(dá)到成本節(jié)約
- Tooling design for production line生產(chǎn)輔助工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)
- Draft process and technical management standard, make sure all standards to be followed 承擔(dān)工藝技術(shù)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的起草和修訂工作，組織相關(guān)人員搞好工藝管理，監(jiān)督執(zhí)行工藝紀(jì)律
- Organize and lead the jobs for new process or technology 組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新工藝、新技術(shù)的試驗(yàn)研究工作
- Implement layer audit to ensure operator follow the work instruction, check technology discipline 執(zhí)行分層審核，確保員工按照WI要求操作，工藝紀(jì)律檢查
- Other jobs arranged by manager 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作
- Complete and support WCM related work .協(xié)助并完成WCM相關(guān)工作
- Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. 全面遵守地方政府的EHS法律法規(guī)以及公司內(nèi)部的EHS規(guī)定。
- Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. 接受EHS 培訓(xùn)，參與公司內(nèi)部的EHS活動(dòng), 并宣傳EHS的要求。
- Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. 及時(shí)匯報(bào)各類工傷、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康事故、事故隱患和不安全行為/環(huán)境，參與事故調(diào)查，按時(shí)落實(shí)改進(jìn)措施。 WCM Skill
- Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI
- Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work
- Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s methodology to sustain the result
- Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.
- Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.
- Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.
- Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;
- Good capability of relationship;

- Dynamism and pro-activity;
- Analyze and solve problem.
