ISO認(rèn)證
崗位職責(zé):
1、體系建設(shè) System Construction
按照公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況推動(dòng)公司體系的建立，并做好目標(biāo)分解管理工作；
1.Drive the establishment of corporate systems in line with strategic plans and business objectives, while effectively managing target decomposition based on actual conditions;
2、體系運(yùn)營(yíng) System Operation
對(duì)質(zhì)量管理體系的有效運(yùn)營(yíng)負(fù)責(zé)。通過(guò)制定質(zhì)量管理體系文件，推進(jìn)體系有效運(yùn)行，并持續(xù)修訂和完善；
2. Ensure effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) by developing QMS documentation, facilitating proper implementation, and conducting continuous revisions and improvements;
3、管理評(píng)審 Management Review
負(fù)責(zé)組織公司各類體系的管理評(píng)審工作，對(duì)管理評(píng)審總結(jié)，針對(duì)問(wèn)題點(diǎn)制定整改計(jì)劃予以跟進(jìn)改善；
3. Organize management reviews for all corporate systems, summarize findings, and develop corrective action plans with follow-up implementation;
4、體系審核 System Auditing
組織內(nèi)外部審核，跟進(jìn)組織客戶審核工作，督促不符合項(xiàng)目的整改并結(jié)案管理；
4. Coordinate internal/external audits and customer audit processes, ensuring non-conformity resolution and proper case closure;
5、文控管理 Document Control
負(fù)責(zé)修訂質(zhì)量體系文件并對(duì)質(zhì)量文件進(jìn)行管控，確保文控資料的有效性和完整性，提升文控工作水平；
5. Maintain and control quality documentation, ensuring validity and integrity while enhancing document control standards;
6、質(zhì)量管理 Quality Management
負(fù)責(zé)組織質(zhì)量體系管理培訓(xùn)，提高質(zhì)量人員的質(zhì)量體系管理意識(shí)和專業(yè)知識(shí)；
6. Conduct QMS training programs to enhance quality personnel
s system awareness and professional expertise;
7、其他事項(xiàng) Other Responsibilities
完成總經(jīng)理授權(quán)及交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
7. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工類（機(jī)械電子/通信工程/物理/化學(xué)）等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Physics/Chemistry) or related disciplines;
2、8年及以上制造業(yè)體系工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，電子/半導(dǎo)體封裝/汽車制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
2.8+ years
working experience in manufacturing system, electronics/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing experience is preferred;
3、熟悉ISO9001/14001、IATF16949體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及五大質(zhì)量工具，能獨(dú)立主導(dǎo)體系內(nèi)審、外審工作；
3. ISO9001/14001, IATF16949 system standards and five quality tools knowlege preferred, can independently lead the system internal audit, external audit work;
4、具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力、有較強(qiáng)的分析解決問(wèn)題能力；
4.Excellent communication and learning ability, strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
5、為人正直誠(chéng)信，能夠適應(yīng)較快的工作節(jié)奏。
5.High integrity and ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
