財務分析成本管理資金管理會計中級職稱會計高級職稱
崗位職責:
1、負責江西子公司日常核算工作，包含日常經濟活動入賬、往來清理等，及已上共享模塊本地支持；
1.Responsible for daily accounting operations of Jiangxi subsidiary, including recording daily economic activities, account reconciliation, and providing local support for implemented shared service modules.
2、主導子公司月度、年度結賬工作，按時編制子公司報表，出具財務分析報告；
2. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for subsidiaries, prepare financial statements timely, and generate financial analysis reports.
3、根據集團要求，負責子公司年審、專審工作，規劃并提供各種資料，確保符合要求；
3. Coordinate annual and special audits for subsidiaries in compliance with Group requirements, including planning and preparing all necessary documentation.
4、根據集團要求，統一并規范子公司的會計核算方法及業務相關的財務事項；
4. Standardize accounting methodologies and financial practices across subsidiaries per Group policies.
5、主導子公司稅務報送及風險應對、銀企溝通、政府接待等外部對接工作；
5. Manage external interfaces including tax filing, risk mitigation, bank communications, and government relations for subsidiaries.
6、參與共享變革與融合，拉通業務及財經各模塊業務設計、協調系統建設進度、系統驗收；
6. Participate in shared service transformation by aligning business and finance modules, coordinating system implementation, and conducting system acceptance.
7、協助企業相關資質申報，獲得政府補貼；
7. Support corporate certification applications and government subsidy acquisitions.
8、完成領導安排的其他工作。
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，財務管理，會計學等相關專業；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major in financial management, accounting or related;
2、5年以上電子制造業，3年以上財務經理崗位工作經驗；
2.5+ years electronic manufacturing, 3+ years financial manager work experience;
3、熟悉國家財稅政策、法律法規、有較強責任心及溝通能力；
3.Familiar with national fiscal and tax policies, laws and regulations,with strong sense of responsibility and communication skills;
4、熟練使用SAP等財務操作系統。
