崗位職責:

1、負責公司EHS管理工作，建立、維護和優化公司EHS管理體系；

1. Oversee corporate EHS management by establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the EHS management system;

2、參與EHS相關管理體系內、外部審核，負責內、外部審核不符合項的跟蹤整改；

2. Participate in internal/external EHS audits and lead corrective actions for identified non-conformities;

3、現場EHS管理：設備或設施入廠安全審查，設備設施變更管理；工廠EHS管理組織培養與維護；特種設備和特殊作業及相關方管理；工傷事故預防和調查；EHS事故隱患排查及整改監管；外部安全審查對接；

3. On-site EHS management:Equipment/facility safety review and change management;EHS organization development and maintenance;Special equipment/high-risk work/contractor management;Workplace injury prevention and investigation;Hazard identification and rectification oversight;External safety audit coordination;

4、職業健康管理：參與職業病危害因素控制評價和例行檢測；職業病防護設施運行和個人防護使用監督；負責職業病危害崗位員工的職業健康監護。外部職業健康審查對接；

4. Occupational health management:Conduct occupational hazard evaluation and routine monitoring;Oversee PPE compliance and control system operation;Manage health surveillance for at-risk employees

任職要求:

1、本科以上學歷，安全/環境/化工等工程類專業優先，年齡40歲以下;

1.Bachelor

s degree or higher,Major in safety/environment/chemical engineering;

2、3年以上中大型制造業EHS管理經驗，注冊安全工程師證或者其它EHS管理類證件優先；

2.3+ years EHS management experience in medium and large manufacturing industry, registered safety engineer certificate or other EHS certificate is preferred;

3、具備良好的計劃、組織、執行、溝通能力。
