Job Title: HR & Administration Supervisor Location: Changshou Road, Shanghai
Salary: 10,000-12,000 RMB/month

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring effective communication and execution of directives. 2. Support the GM in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business partners. 3. Develop and optimize HR and administrative policies, procedures, and standards. 4. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and employee training programs. 5. Promote corporate culture by organizing company events (e.g., annual meetings, team-building activities). 6. Monitor compliance and implementation of HR/administrative policies and workflows. 7. Address employee relations issues with knowledge of labor laws and proactive conflict resolution. 8. Manage general administrative tasks and lead special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: 1. Master's degree or above (all majors accepted); 1-3 years of work experience preferred. For exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level; 2. Self-driven, disciplined, and proficient in using WeChat/new media tools; 3. Strong communication and organizational skills; accounting knowledge is a plus; 4. High stress tolerance, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and loyalty; 5. Professional demeanor, fast learner, hardworking, and committed to long-term growth with the company.

崗位職責(zé): 1、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理對公司日常管理事物的處理,并做好上傳下達(dá); 2、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理與公司重要客戶、合作伙伴建立并維系友好關(guān)系; 3、制定并完善公司相關(guān)人事、行政制度和流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn); 4、負(fù)責(zé)員工招聘配置、績效管理以及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展工作; 5、協(xié)助進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作,策劃組織公司年會、員工活動等; 6、推進(jìn)各項(xiàng)人事、行政制度、流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、計(jì)劃的監(jiān)督執(zhí)行; 7、熟悉用人相關(guān)法律法規(guī),積極與員工溝通,及時(shí)處理各類勞動關(guān)系問題; 8、負(fù)責(zé)行政管理類工作和行政專項(xiàng)工作;
任職要求: 1、碩士學(xué)位及以上;專業(yè)不限,有1-3年或以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別優(yōu)秀者,可以放寬學(xué)歷到本科; 2、工作積極主動、自律,能夠熟練運(yùn)用微信等新媒體工具; 3、具有良好的溝通和組織能力;具備會計(jì)專業(yè)知識者優(yōu)先; 4、具有出色的抗壓能力和責(zé)任心,良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力企業(yè)忠誠度高; 5、形象氣質(zhì)佳,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),能吃苦耐勞,愿意和公司共同發(fā)展。
