Roles and Responsibilities:合同管理主管
-Drafting Contracts, amendment requests, authorization letters, etc.
-Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including performing Licensing contract and amendment tasks and activities for merchandise and publishing licensees
-Help to drive the coordinated efforts of the group (Client) , including Legal, Credit, ILS, Licensing, under direction of leadership
-Work with Credit & Collections to resolve licensee credit requirements; enforce and explain policies
-Identify licensee’s contract concerns, determine course of action and drive to resolution with stakeholders as needed
-Ability to draft consent to transfer documents and other documents as needed; review the work of Contract Analysts before submission to Legal
-Develop CMC processes with the Director and Manager; look for efficiencies, provide practical business process suggestions; help with change management and issue resolution.
-Daily Metrics and KPI reporting shared with team to evaluate workload and task assignments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in law preferred, but Business Administration, Finance degree acceptable provided if this is backed up with strong related experience.
-8+ years of experience in contract administration, with prior experience with contracts and/or experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
-Should possess the capability of analyzing and reviewing the work product of Contract Analysts
-Comprehensive understanding of contract management principles, practices, and procedures.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
-Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management activities.
-Complete complex tasks and projects requiring independent initiative.
-Proven track record of driving results and knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to contract management preferred.
-Should be open to work in shifts/different time zones.
