FMEA 控制計劃編輯并不斷更新實施 ·Participate in analyzing internal rework, scraps and downtime caused by process quality issue and take the corrective/preventive actions to prevent quality issues re-occurrence. 組織分析由于內部過程質量問題造成的整橋拆解，報廢和停機并采取糾正和預防措施防止問題再發。 ·To quickly react quality problem and take the containment actions immediately for declining the level of cost. 快速反應質量問題并立即采取控制措施以降低成本水平。 · To comply with all quality and safety procedures and legal requirement. 遵守所有質量和安全流程和法規要求。 ·To complete other tasks from direct leader. 完成上級交辦的其他工作。 Qualifications能力及素質 ·Bachelor’s degree or above 本科及以上學歷 ·8 years quality system management experience in automotive industrial. 8年汽車行業質量體系管理經驗。 ·Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 internal audit experience is preferred. 熟悉IATF16949，有VDA6.3內審經驗者優先 ·License to internal quality system and process audit preferred. 擁有內部質量體系和過程審核許可者優先。 ·Fluent in written and oral English 流利的英語書寫和口語 · Experience with Excel, PPT and Word 熟練運用Excel、PPT和word軟件。 · Familiar with quality management tools, e.g. MSA, SPC, FMEA and CP 熟悉質量管理工具，如MSA, SPC, FMEA和CP ·Familiar with quality management tools and methods such as seven QC methods, quality management concepts such as 5S and 6Sigma, and quality management systems such as IAFT/VDA/ISO 了解QC七大手法等品質管理工具與方法，熟悉5S、6sigma等品質管理理念，熟悉IAFT/VDA/ISO 等質量管理體系 ·Proactive, strong executive ability, strong awareness of quality and cost, strong writing and editing skills. 工作積極主動、執行力強，有較強的質量意識、成本意識，文字表達及編輯能力強。 · Good ability of organization, coordination, communication, work planning and overall planning; 具備良好的組織協調、溝通能力和工作計劃、統籌能力； ·Ability to understand and comply the instruction from the leader. 能夠理解并遵守領導的指示。
