Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Write and edit engaging content (English/Chinese) for newsletters, announcements, brochures, social media, display boards, and other communication channels.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to design and produce promotional materials (print/digital), including developing professional PowerPoint presentations ensuring alignment with school branding. (e.g., providing design input, editing templates, preparing files).
3. Maintain and visually optimize the school website to enhance user experience and brand consistency.
4. Assist in organizing and promoting school events (e.g., orientation, graduation ceremonies, open day).
5. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree with a major in Journalism, New Media, Marketing, English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
2. Previous experience in promotional work or educational/academic settings is a plus.
3. Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with expertise in professional PowerPoint design), and social media platforms; familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) and official account editors for basic editing, production, and layout of promotional materials is a plus.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
