General Function崗位要求
? Develop, model and detail new designs and existing products in conformance to customer specifications and corporate manufacturing capabilities.

? Can independently evaluate, select, and apply standard design and drafting techniques. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions. Work is reviewed for acceptance. Can take a leading role in communication with internal suppliers and/or customers.

Responsible for the design, development, testing and validation of Means engineered products. Performs routine engineering work using standard techniques and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities職責(zé)和責(zé)任
? Designs components and assemblies using 2D and 3D CAD software.
使用二維和三維 CAD 軟件設(shè)計組件和裝配。
? Develop design concepts including assembly and component drawings from customer supplied information and/or internal generated engineering data.

? Able to independently generate concepts and lead other engineers in the completion of the design drawing package.

? Prepares concept design and packaging studies.

? Interfaces with multiple engineering departments and customer engineering as required.

? Coordinates the translation of CAD files as required.

? Prepares documentation for design reviews.

? Maintain CAD system and files.

? Prepare CAE work requests with all needed input; evaluate results and conclusions; report out as necessary

? Verify that designs meet all customer specifications and requirements through analysis and testing.

? Represent the Company, as a customer and supplier technical liaison. Actively participate with a team in determining root cause and resolution for any product concerns, internal, with customer, or with supplier.

? Support the company quality and manufacturing teams, as appropriate.

? Work with Purchasing and Sales for the preparation and completion of the quotation process. Coordinate efforts with suppliers as needed to facilitate the process.

Knowledge and Skills知識和技能
? Possess the basic knowledge of ICE and/or EV driveline systems preferred. Ability to quickly comprehend new systems.
掌握內(nèi)燃機和/或電動汽車傳動系統(tǒng)的基本知識者優(yōu)先。能夠快速理解新系統(tǒng)。
? Work with 3D CAD software: NX, Catia, Solidworks or Creo. Creo preferred.
使用 3D CAD 軟件： NX、Catia、Solidworks 或 Creo。 首選 Creo 。
? Understand and apply GD&T.
了解并應(yīng)用幾何尺寸和公差(GD&T)。
? Check models and drawings as required to ensure compliance to standards

? Basic knowledge of manufacturing principles
掌握制造原理的基本知識
? Skilled verbal and written communicator with customers, suppliers, teammates, and others.
熟練掌握與客戶、供應(yīng)商、隊友及其他人員的口頭和書面溝通技巧。
? Be able to communicate in English.
能用英語進(jìn)行交流。
Education教育背景
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
工程學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位優(yōu)先。
? 2 years experience in Product Design and 1year using Creo is preferred.
有 2 年產(chǎn)品設(shè)計經(jīng)驗和 1 年 Creo 使用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
