關(guān)鍵職責(zé)：

在工程副總裁的帶領(lǐng)下，依照政策、計劃、程序、指示和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行工程活動。Conducts engineering
activities in accordance with policies, plans, procedures, instructions, and standards under the direction of the Vice
President of Engineering.

applied to this job function.
? 持續(xù)改進，為康邁質(zhì)量方針提供支持。Implements continuous improvement in support of the ConMet Quality

? 參與跨部門質(zhì)量規(guī)劃，滿足客戶要求。Participates in cross-functional Quality planning to fulfill customer
requirements.
? 根據(jù)所有客戶規(guī)范和質(zhì)量要求進行設(shè)計工作。Conducts design activities based upon all available customer
specifications and quality requirements.
? 開展并記錄相關(guān)測試，包括：Conducts and document test activities which may include:
o 項目申請、項目計劃、項目批準(zhǔn) Project Proposal, Planning, and Approval
o 2D 繪圖、3D 建模（量產(chǎn)模和樣件模）、結(jié)構(gòu)分析、應(yīng)力分析、測試和結(jié)果解釋 2D
Drawing, 3D Modeling (permanent molds and prototypes), structural analysis, stress analysis, testing, and
interpretation of results.
o 給客戶提供技術(shù)支持、技術(shù)變更和解決方案等服務(wù) Acting as Customer liaison for technical
support, changes, and solution proposal
o 在正式和非正式的設(shè)計評審中與康邁應(yīng)用、生產(chǎn)、銷售和其他相關(guān)職能部門進行溝通
Interfacing with Application, Manufacturing, Sales and other ConMet functions both informally and in formal
Design Reviews.
o 設(shè)計校核、驗證和發(fā)布 Design Verification, Validation, and Release
o 產(chǎn)品和設(shè)計創(chuàng)新 Product and design innovation
? 根據(jù)工程程序和指導(dǎo)說明，識別、創(chuàng)建和管理職能范圍內(nèi)的受控文件（即 ECR、圖紙、ECN、測試
報告、規(guī)范、設(shè)計評審記錄、BOM 等) Identifies, creates, and manages controlled documents within the
functional area in accordance with Engineering Procedures and Instructions. (i.e. ECRs, drawings, ECN’s, Test
Reports, Specifications, Design Review Minutes, BOM, etc.).
? 設(shè)計的發(fā)布，包括 FMEA、分析要求、公差疊加分析等 Facilitation of Design Releases including FMEA
activities, analysis requirements, tolerance stack-up studies, etc

向采購部提供采購訂單中包含的所有必要規(guī)范和要求，包括產(chǎn)品說明、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量要求以及參考圖
紙和規(guī)范的現(xiàn)行修訂等級。Provides all necessary specifications and requirements to Purchasing for inclusion on
Purchase Orders, including product description, Supplier Quality Requirements, and reference to current revision
levels on drawings and specifications.
? 確認(rèn)在產(chǎn)品發(fā)布前客戶擁有的模具符合所有規(guī)范 Verifies that customer owned tools meet all specifications
prior to release for manufacturing.
? 創(chuàng)建定義產(chǎn)品和流程規(guī)范、變更和規(guī)范偏差的技術(shù)狀態(tài)文件 Produces configuration documents that define
product and process specifications, changes, and deviations from specifications.
? 參與跨部門活動，包括 APQP/4DX/設(shè)計評審會議，供應(yīng)商/客戶審核和內(nèi)部質(zhì)量審核 Participates in
cross-functional activities, including APQP, 4DX, design review meetings, external supplier/customer audit and internal
quality audits.
? 明確要做的測試、所需的測試設(shè)備和設(shè)施，以及使用 SPC 確定對過程差異敏感的特性 Specifies the
tests to be performed, test equipment and facilities required, and the use of SPC for characteristics identified to be
sensitive to process variance.
