崗位職責
1. Support the cost estimation of automation equipment during production evolution process
2. Conduct the installation of new assembly lines which follows basic requirements defined by R&D, IE and Quality
3. In charge of preventive maintenance work for all equipment in assembly lines, including but not limited to making preventive maintenance plan, guiding and monitoring Maintenance Technician to complete preventive maintenance work
4. Repair broken down equipment, if necessary together with external companies
5. Collect and analyze machine failures to improve the machine efficiency
6. Assist control spare parts
7. Audit preparation for maintenance response
8. Knowledge delivery in terms of preventive maintenance actions, lesson learns and other related machine information
9. Standardize automation equipment
10. Implement global component localization
基本任職條件
1. College degree or above polytechnic with over 5 years’ maintenance work
experience
2. Familiar with assembly line
3. Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings in both Chinese and English
4. Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, check and accept
5. Knowledge of PM, TPM
6. Acquire necessary skills based on position skill matrix requirement by keep continuous learning
優先考慮任職條件
1. Experience in electrical automation or mechatronics is preferred
2. Specific maintenance experience in machines such as laser welding,
potting, etc.
3. Workable oral English
