注塑工藝
l New project process flow design.
l 2D/3D drawing check and release.
l RFQ engineering data review.
l Tool DFM and process DFM summarize and review
l Performs technical reviews with customers, in-house staff and supplier.
l Out sourcing material qualify.
l DOE design and follow for multiple processes.
l New technology & process transfer and development.
l Involve in process trial run in all NPI stage, coordinate with team to meet project schedule. Work together with equipment department on the equipment & fixture development.
