DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責描述： 1. Responsible for quality management for painting produce, cooperate with other painting employees to improve quality, production capacity and yield of painting line; 負責噴涂車間涂裝工藝過程/產品質量監督管理，配合噴涂線質量，產能，合格率的提升工作； 2. Responsible for control paint shop quality documents, write painting produce inspection standard and WI; 負責噴涂車間質量相關文件控制，編制噴漆件外觀檢驗標準與檢驗的作業指導書； 3. Responsible for approval painting produces appearance in new project development phase, and complete painting quality documents and reports to meet customers’ requirements; 負責新項目開發階段噴漆件的外觀認可，及時提交客戶所要求的與噴涂質量相關的資料/報告； 4. Undertake painting inspection standard training for the staff who engaged in painting inspection job; 負責對從事噴涂檢驗工作員工進行必要的檢驗標準培訓； 5. Lead internal staff to undertake continuous quality improvement; 組織噴涂車間內部相關人員質量改善活動； 6. Cooperate the internal/external audit of related with the quality of the Paint Shop, following the improving result for the non-conformance term; 負責配合內外部審核，及審核不符合項的預防措施進跟蹤； 7. Develop and try production new painting produces for new project, write out painting technological documents; 新項目噴涂開發試制及噴涂過程相關工藝文件的編制； 8. Monitor painting materials’ standard use, count and updates the materials rate of expenditure; 油漆原材料的規范施工及消耗定額的統計更新； 9. Continuous improvement for painting technological, including parameter optimization, cost reducing, process optimization, etc.; 噴涂工藝相關的持續改善（參數優化，成本節約，流程優化等）； 10. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior. 完成領導交辦的其他工作。 QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is the best; 本科以上學歷，理工科專業最佳； 2. Min.3 years painting technology working experience in auto paint industry, should familiar with painting technology and painting quality technology; 三年以上汽車噴涂行業相關工作經驗，熟悉噴涂工藝，具備噴涂質量管理經驗； 3. Should familiar with TS16949 system, master the system’s knowledge; 熟悉TS16949質量管理體系，具備TS16949體系知識； 4. Should master 5 core tools of quality control system, such as APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA; 熟悉質量管理體系的5大核心工具（APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA）的運用； 5. Should know paint shop safety production operation specification; 了解噴涂車間安全生產操作規程； 6. Should proficient in OFFICE software; 能熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件； 7. Good English skill, can use English as working language. 英語水平良好，英語可作為工作語言。
