* Production management
- Daily management on 5S;
- Production tracking system management, review the data on a regular basis to secure the accuracy and in time of production and equipment tracking data.
* Documentation management
- Create and update production documents, work instruction, safety risk assessments;
- Creation of TPM document, PM list, schedule, work instructions, implementation of TPM and audit
- Completion of LOTO document.
* System management
- Develop production and maintenance system with IT, interface between equipment and maintenance system;
- Training maintenance technicians and production operators on TPM.
- The Equipment Performance Developer directly report to the Product Manager, follow all job arrange management by line manager.
* Equipment PM and CM
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and responding to equipment failures
- Troubleshooting breakdown issues
- Installing new components and verifying that equipment is operating properly.
- Maintaining control over maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
- Responding to emergencies, unanticipated problems, and repairs
- Working with specialized equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Simotion control Step7, can read and understand program, be able to make simple program, parameter setting of inverters, know very well on server motor
- Ensuring that the machinery and equipment are covered continuously in the event of a breakdown.
- Establishing a schedule for routine maintenance.
- Maintaining the machinery, such as lubricating moving parts or replacing filters.
- Diagnosing problems and determining the best course of action to take when the machinery fails.
- Obtaining any specialized components or fixtures that may be required to carry out repairs.
- Maintaining and managing supplies, parts, and equipment inventories.
- Maintaining records of costs, incidents, and procedures associated with maintenance and repair.
- Respect all group applicable safety rules.
- Developing resource-saving maintenance strategies.
- Utilizing performance tracking software and tools to identify potential equipment failure areas or causes.
- Maintenance documentation
